How to Guide in finding the perfect Little Black Dress, Party Dress or Cocktail dress *

The LBD (little black dress) - The little black dress has been an essential in every woman’s wardrobe since Coco Chanel first introduced it in 1926. From then, the simple yet classic,, functionally yet chic dress evolved into thousand of variations. Now any woman can find the perfect little LBD to fit her own personal style. But what happens when you want to change the look of your classic dress? Not a problem! With the right accessories, you can create hundreds of different ensembles with the same dress. Here are just a few tips to help create new looks from that old standby:

* With a great neutral palette, don’t be afraid to brighten things up with bold colors in your shoes and bags! There’s no chance to slip up, so be adventurous!

* When cold weather hits, don’t reach for that same boring coat! Accessorize with faux furs or brightly colored trenches, instead.

* For a pop of color, tie a scarf around your neck or wear a shawl. Wear a belt to accentuate your waist and add a little flair!

* Don’t forget jewelry! With earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and brooches – your options are endless.

Cocktail Dress - When going to a cocktail party, you can go either way with a short dress or a long elegant gown, you make the decision. Either dress is appropriate.

*If you're a sophisticated party go-er, I would suggest something with a high neckline or a sleeve, match it with a cocktail ring and a pair of metallic pumps.
